On July 16, 1994, Tengzhou Perfume and Fragrance Factory was formally established with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, located at No. 60, Fushan Avenue, Biomedicine Industrial Park, Dayu Town, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province.

In 2003, it was renamed Tengzhou Tianxiang Flavor & Fragrance Co., LTD., with a registered capital of 6 million yuan, mainly engaged in the production and sales of flavors, fragrances and pharmaceutical intermediates.

In 2007, the company passed ISO-9000 international quality management system certification and ISO-14000 environmental protection assessment certification.

Tengzhou Tianxiang Fragrances and Fragrances Co., Ltd. Spice production base is funded by Tengzhou Tianxiang Fragrances and Fragrances Co., LTD. The project started construction in July 2009 and was completed and put into operation at the end of March 2010.

In 2011, the company went through the registration procedures of foreign trade operators, obtained the import and export rights, and the sales network shifted from domestic to global.

In 2015, after the US FDA certification and kosher certification, the company obtained long-term access to the Middle East and North American markets, and the company's products have been exported to the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil, Indonesia, Switzerland and other countries and regions.

In May 2021, the company invested in the construction of a food additive project with an annual output of 600 tons, and officially changed its name to Shandong Tianxiang Food Ingredients Co., LTD., which mainly produces food, feed additives and finished processing of compound ingredients.
